📦 Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was:

  • Incorrect
  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
