Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These terms set the basic rules for using the web game and information provided by Dot Fishing (the "site").
2. The service
The site offers a free browser fishing game and information about fishing and fish. Ads may be shown to support the service. The site may add, change or stop features, and will announce major changes on the site.
3. Game progress
Your progress is saved in your browser. Clearing browser data or switching devices can erase it, so keep a save code from the Save tab for anything you care about. Where a login feature is offered, logged-in progress is also saved to your account as described in the privacy policy.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Using automation that burdens the site or its servers, or exploiting security flaws
- Tampering with records to harm other players, for example in rankings or tournaments
- Copying the site's art or text to redistribute or sell elsewhere without permission
- Anything else that breaks the law
If we find such conduct, we may delete the affected records or limit access.
5. In-game items
In-game money, items, medals and titles exist only in the game and have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money or traded.
6. Copyright
The site's pixel art, text and code belong to the site operator. You're welcome to post the fish cards you make in the game on your own social media or messengers.
7. About the fishing information
The fishing guides and fish descriptions are general reference only. Closed seasons, size limits, protected species and access rules vary by place and time, so check the latest notices from Korea's Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and local governments before you fish for real. Please take care of your safety by the water, including wearing a life jacket.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided free of charge. Unless caused by the site's intent or gross negligence, the site is not liable for service interruptions, lost progress, or losses from using the information.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we'll post the update on the site with a new effective date.
